This course reviews the steps a BeB Administrator will take to enable Business Bill Pay for a business customer. By completing this course, you will be able to identify core concepts related to BeB Business Bill Pay, enable Business Bill Pay for companies with or without subsidiaries, recall the steps needed to enable bill pay services for business users, and identify important facts about managing existing Business Bill Pay customers.

CST Administrators will learn how to determine the appropriate security access and entitlements for individuals and groups within their organization. This will include creating and managing CST users and roles. Participants will learn how to manage/execute/implement downloadable reports used to manage CST users.

Participants will learn how to use the Customer Service Tool to search for bill pay accounts and transactions. Transactions status, payee information, service requests and reports are also covered in this session. Submitting and managing Payment Research service requests is also covered in this session. Before enrolling in this class, be sure to attend the Payment Manager 2.0 or FIS Fusion Bill Pay User Experience training and the Introduction to CST courses.
