This instructor-led module introduces the learner to the Payment Research process used for FIS Bill Pay. Participants will learn how to use the Customer Service Tool to search for bill pay accounts and transactions. Transactions status, payee information, service requests and reports are also covered in this session. Submitting and managing Payment Research service requests is also covered in this session. Before enrolling in this class, be sure to attend the Payment Manager 2.0 or FIS Fusion Bill Pay User Experience training and the Introduction to CST courses.
