This course provides an overview of the screen flow and describes the best way to navigate through the Bankway screens.
This class is designed to help employees tasked with providing basic loan information. Whether providing the next payment, payoff quote or amortization schedule, this course gives users a clear understanding of navigating through the Bankway Loan Inquiry functions.
Participants will learn how to establish loan accounts using browser services to add customers and loans, credit lines, collateral fields and advance loans using the secured transaction entry business task.
Our Bankway Browser Lending Services course helps users create a seamless processing map for daily loan services. Participants will learn to easily navigate between services when adding a customer, viewing loan account information, and performing maintenance on loan accounts.
In this session participants learn Master Account capabilities that allow users to set up an account relationship with a primary credit line and up to nine subordinate accounts. Topics include Master Account fields in the Add a Loan process, new advance options, a review of fields within the maintenance functionality, as well as inquiries, revised regulatory reporting and reports and extracts.
The Loan Participation's sessions are designed to teach participants how to add service and manage sold loan participation's for non-government investors. Participants will learn to add and service the investors pass through control account(s) and gain an understanding of the flow of debits and credits to the general ledgers.
The Loan Escrow course offers a comprehensive view of the options available in Bankway's Loan Escrow system. This course helps both new and experienced employees with an understanding of the processing of escrow, management of payees, performing escrow analysis as well as correcting escrow errors. The course also reviews the reporting and notice functionality choices within Bankway.
This class defines ARL terminology, shows participants the process of booking a ARL loan in Bankway, how to service and provide maintenance on the ARL and a review of the reports that contain pertinent information for the ARL loans.
This class defines how to set up Facility Standards, add a Facility and a Subordinate account, service and perform maintenance on a Facility and a review of the reports which contain pertinent information for the Facility account.
The Shadow Accounting course teaches participants about the non-accrual controls, payment and accounting processing options, and charge-off procedures under the Shadow Accounting capabilities in Bankway. This course teaches loan personnel to set standards for loan level non-accrual and shadow processing. Participants will learn how to place loans in and out of non-accrual and shadow accounting status, how to service the loans and manage partial charge-offs.
Secured Transaction Entry (STENTR) provides management security under dual control to review debits, credits and backdated online transactions entered. This course reviews the setup and use of the tool in Bankway.
The Level I Workshop offers insight into the many uses of Composer, a smart client-based format presentation writing system. This course focuses on training users to easily write and maintain presentations derived from more than 60,000 fields in Bankway. Participants learn how to create presentations that can be exported in management-desirable formats and formats that will be suitable for notices to customers. Overall, this course expands the users’ knowledge in designing, producing, and managing custom presentations created with their bank’s data.
A2i Level II training is designed to provide bankers with the ability and knowledge to modify and create complex presentations. The information in this course builds on skills and concepts learned in the basic A2i Education course. Upon completion of this course participants will understand how to edit selection criteria in SQL Mode, use the Expression Library and use undocumented functions to customize expressions and modify selection criteria.
